This Housing Contract between the undersigned student (hereinafter “Resident”), and Arkansas Tech University, Russellville, Arkansas campus (hereinafter “University”), is in consideration for housing on the University campus during the 2024 interim and summer terms and may only be cancelled or terminated as provided herein. Upon receipt of this signed contract, the University agrees to house resident if space remains available.

This Housing Contract between the undersigned student (hereinafter “Resident”), and Arkansas Tech University, Russellville, Arkansas campus (hereinafter “University”), is in consideration for housing on the University campus during the 2024-2025 academic year. Upon receipt of this signed contract, the University agrees to house resident if space remains available. Signed contracts received after July 1, 2024 may not be honored if there are no rooms available.

Upon receipt of this signed contract, the University agrees to house resident if space remains available. Signed contracts received after July 1, 2020 may not be honored if there are no rooms available.

Upon receipt of this signed contract, the University agrees to house resident if space remains available.
