These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) constitute an integral part of the Agreement made by and between Limited Liability Company “Criteo”, registered under the laws of the Russian Federation, having its registered address as 125047, Moscow, Lesnaya st., 9 (hereinafter, “Criteo”), and the Client, hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties”, and separately the “Party”, and apply to the provision of the Criteo Service.
