WHEREAS, the Client has contracted with NCB Capital under NCB Capital's General Terms of Business, and now wishes to subscribe to and benefit from the usage of the Telephone Services to effect transactions in Investments on the Tadawul on an automated (IVR) assisted basis ("Automated Trading Services") in accordance with the terms and conditions provided for herein, in addition to Tadawul conditions at the Saudi Securities Market "Tadawul".
