This agreement is between OLDS COLLEGE and it’s housing agent COLLEGE HOUSING OLDS CORP. (“CHOC”) and the User and is effective as of the booking date.Terms and Conditions for Campus Housing • February 26th, 2020
That the User will indemnify and save harmless Olds College and College Housing Olds Corp. from any and all manner of damages, losses, costs and charges whatsoever occasioned to, or suffered by or imposed upon CHOC or its property, either directly or indirectly, in respect of any matter or thing in consequence of or in connection with, arising out of the User’s use of the Facilities and Services or out of any operation in connection therewith, or in any respect of any damage or injury to any person or thing by, from or on account of the User’s use.
