These terms and conditions ("Agreement") outline the contractual agreement between the student (18+ only)/parent/guardian ("Client") and Victors Home Tutors ("VHT") for the provision of tutoring services. By hiring a home tutor from VHT, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
