These Terms and Conditions for Interface Agreement (the “Online Terms”) apply to the Interface Agreement executed by the Company and NCR Voyix (the “Interface Agreement” and, together with the Online Terms, the “Agreement”) that references these Online Terms. These Online Terms are subject to change by NCR Voyix without prior written notice at any time, in NCR Voyix’s sole discretion. Capitalized terms used and not defined in these Online Terms are as defined in the Interface Agreement. References to Exhibits below refer to the Exhibits to the Interface Agreement.
