These are the terms and conditions of ACOM(M) Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202101024811 (1425111-V)), hereinafter referred to as "ACOM(M)," for the Personal Loan Facility, hereinafter referred to as the "Loan." These terms and conditions supplement the Moneylending Agreement (Unsecured Loan) entered into between ACOM(M) and the borrower. By accepting the Loan, the borrower agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that they have read and understood them.
