Marquis Macadamias (MM) will purchase Nut in Shell (NIS) from suppliers during the 2023 season under the following terms and conditions (the ‘Terms and Conditions’). MM reserves the right to reject any NIS which is not supplied in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
