BY USING THE SITE OR PURCHASING THE PRODUCTS, THE BUYER INDICATES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE AGREEMENT AS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. Notice: The terms and conditions contained herein, together with any additional or different terms contained in CME’s Quotation, if any, submitted to Buyer (which Quotation shall control over any conflicting terms), constitute the entire agreement (the “Agreement”) between the parties with respect to the order and supersede all prior communications and agreement regarding the order. Acceptance by CME of the order, or Buyer’s acceptance of CME’s Quotation, is expressly limited to and conditioned upon Buyer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions, payment for or acceptance of any performance by CME being acceptance. These terms and conditions may not be changed or superseded by any different or additional terms and conditions proposed by Buyer to which terms CME hereby objects. Unless otherwise specified in the Quotation, Seller’s Quotation shall expire 30 days from its date and may be modified or withdrawn by Seller before receipt of Buyer’s conforming acceptance.
