The Terms and Conditions for the sale of marine fuel and other products as set out herewith are specifically negotiated between Millennium Maritime Services Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) as evidenced in the Seller’s Sales Confirmation (hereinafter referred to as the “Sales Confirmation”).
