These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) and each of the documents We refer to in them are our standard client agreement, which creates a legally binding agreement between You (hereinafter referred to as “You” or the “Client”) and VORAPAY LTD (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Vorapay”) relating to the use of electronic money and other payment services provided by Us. References hereinafter to the “Parties” are a reference to You and Vorapay.
