This is an important legal document which, together with our Letter of Offer and the International Student Offer Acceptance Form (“Acceptance Form”), will form a binding written contract between you and Melbourne Institute of Technology (ABN 20 072 324 755) (“us” or “we”) once you return the completed Acceptance Form and pay in full or in part the fees specified in our Letter of Offer.
