The Agreement shall be between Broadland Properties Limited incorporated under the Companies Act and having its Registered Office at 137 Scalby Road, Scarborough, YO12 6TB (hereinafter called the Agent) acting as agent for the owner of the holiday cottage to which this letting relates (hereinafter called the Owner) and the party named in the booking form who is responsible to pay the hire charge in full (hereinafter called the holidaymaker) on the following Terms and Conditions.

The ‘hirer’ shall be the named individual on the letting agreement and this person will be personally responsible for payment of all fees or other sums due in respect of the letting.
