In these standard terms and conditions (“Terms”) the “Supplier” means CLETRONICS N.A. INC (part of the TT Electronics group of companies), having its principal place of business at 2262 Port Centre Dr. Medina, Ohio 44256, USA and “Purchaser” means the party contracting with Supplier (together the “Parties”, each a “Party”).
