INTERNET, CABLE AND PHONE TO ITS RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS AND INCLUDE PROVISIONS REGARDING PRICING, WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND BINDING ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES. THESE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE TARIFFS, SERVICE GUIDES AND ANY GENERALLY APPLICABLE TERMS OF SERVICE AND POLICIES. THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT COVER WOW! These Terms and Conditions of Subscription Agreement (“T&Cs”) are applicable to any Subscription Order Form (the “Order Form”) issued by WorldAPP, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with principal offices at 222 Forbes Road, Suite 303, Braintree, MA 02184 (“WorldAPP”) and accepted by the company identified in such Order Form (the “Customer”). Each Order Form shall be subject to these T&Cs. These T&Cs, along with all Order Forms, collectively constitute the “Agreement” by and between WorldAPP and Customer. Capitalized terms have the meanings ascribed to them throughout the Agreement.

The Customer named on the Work Order (“Customer,” “you” and “your”) and HC Operating Company, LLC.; doing business as NuLink (“Company,” “NuLink,” “we” or “us”) agree to the terms and conditions on the Work Order and below (“Agreement”) for the provision of video, voice, data, Internet and/or other service (“Service”). By signing the Work Order or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
