This user agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between you and Workstreets Internet Technology Pvt Ltd (formerly known as Mejora Internet Technology Pvt. Ltd), ("Workstreets" or "we" or "us" as the context requires). It governs the terms and conditions of your use of WORKSTREETS 's products, software, services with the characteristics and features provided on a mobile platform based application and /or WORKSTREETS portal based application and/or www.workstreets.com (referred to as the "Services"). WORKSTREETS may have subsidiaries and affiliated legal entities around the world ("Subsidiaries and Affiliates"), providing the Services to you on behalf of WORKSTREETS. You acknowledge and agree that Subsidiaries and Affiliates will be entitled to provide the Services to you under the terms of this Agreement.
