Terms and Conditions TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT This Terms and Conditions Agreement is your bill paying agreement with Wanigas Credit Union (“credit union”). In this agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who sign the application or account card as applicants, joint owners, or any authorized users. The words “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the credit union. By agreeing to this bill paying agreement you agree to the terms and conditions in this agreement and any amendments for the services provided. You may use the credit union’s bill paying service, BillPay e-Plus, to direct the credit union to make payments from your designated checking account to the “Payees” you choose in accordance with this agreement. The terms and conditions of this agreement are in addition to the account agreements, disclosures and other documents in effect from time to time governing your account.
