These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) together with the Platform and Website Terms and Conditions and any applicable ordering or shipping documents (collectively, the “Agreement”) forms a legally binding and enforceable agreement between Marine Shipp Fast Ltd., its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Ship4WD”, “us” or “we”) and the legal entity and the authorized individual using our Transport Services (as defined below) on behalf of such legal entity through the Platform (as defined below) (collectively, “Customer”, “you” or “your”).
