This Terms Of Additional Engagement Agreement For Individual Independent Contractor (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 1, 2011 (the “Execution Date”), by and between Diamond Resorts Centralized Services Company (the “Company”) and Praesumo Partners, LLC (“Independent Contractor”).
