This agreement is made between the Landlord/Owner of the property (Named at the end of this agreement) and Andrew J Nowell & Company LLP, who agree to act as agent for the named Landlord and are hereinafter referred to as “The Agent”. The purpose of this document is to set our clearly and concisely the extent of the service(s) offered and the scale of fee’s charged.
