The Online Payment Service provides customers with the ability to make payments online by Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) or eCheck, which are subject to the applicable Terms of Use, Privacy & Security Notice, and terms and conditions set forth below (collectively, “Terms”). You agree to be bound by these Terms and if you do not agree, you may not use this Website to make a payment. Capitalized terms used in these Terms of Payment shall have the meanings given to such term in the Terms of Use and/or Privacy & Security Notice, as applicable.
