This Terms of Use and FHIR API License Agreement ("Agreement) is made by and between MedInformatix, Inc., a California corporation, and ("Developer"), with reference to the MedInformatix API. This Agreement is intended to provide an open application programming interface (API) software platform certified by the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) for Health Information Technology, for any currently deployed EHR software with a standards-based open API solution.
