THIS Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the New Mexico Public Schools Facility Authority hereinafter referred to as “PSFA” and the Air Moving Equipment Company, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor,” and is effective as of the date set forth below upon which it is executed by the PSFA.
