Attendee (“Attendee”) of the Pacific TrikeFest, Inc (“TrikeFest”) agrees to the following Test Ride Agreement and Policy (“Terms”) on behalf of him/her/themself as well as any accompanying minor under the Attendee’s uninterrupted control (“Minor”).
