This Test Simulcast Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of June 9, 2009 (the “Effective Date”) by and among Kenilworth Systems Corporation, a New York, U.S.A. Corporation (“Kenilworth” or the “Company”) and Caribbean Casino & Gaming Corporation (“Caribbean”) a Florida, U.S.A. Corporation.
