The Department of State Health Services (“System Agency”), an agency of the Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”), and Genesis Systems, Inc. (“Contractor”), parties to that certain information technology development and maintenance contract, denominated DSHS Contract No. 537-16-0069-00001 (the “Contract”), which took effect on June 1, 2016, now agree to amend the Contract. This Contract has been previously amended twice.
