This agreement by and between Texas Stars, Limited Partnership (“Texas Stars”) and STH, as defined below, governs STH’s purchase of tickets for admission and seating (each a “Ticket”) to attend Texas Stars games, as set forth in Section 2. By tendering payment to Texas Stars and/or accepting a Ticket, Texas Stars Season Ticket Holders (“STH”) signify acceptance and agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
