THIS MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Texbase, Inc., a Montana corporation (“Texbase”), and Customer. Any reference to “Customer” in this Agreement and other documents referenced in this Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the Customer as defined in the Ordering Document. This Agreement is effective as of the last signature date in the Ordering Document (“Effective Date”).
