THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT MINING SERVICES AND MINERAL PRODUCTION AGREEMENT, is made and entered this 15th day of July, 2011 by and among DYNARESOURCE DE MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V., represented hereto by Mr. Koy Wilber Diepholz (hereinafter referred to as “DYNA”); and MINERAS DE DYNARESOURCE, S.A.
