We refer to the Financing Agreement dated May 18, 2020 (“the Agreement”) between the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (“Recipient”) and the International Development Association (“Association”) for the above-referenced Project (“Project”). We also refer to your letter dated September 8, 2022 (No. 5(7)WB-II/2017), requesting the Association to assist in financing the emergency response to flooding disaster through the activation of the Contingent Emergency Response Component (CERC) of the Project.
