Pursuant to this Agreement, (the “Amendment”), E-Z Access USA, Inc. (“E-Z Access”) and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend the Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated December 17, 1999 (“Interconnection Agreement”).
