This Rental Agreement is made and entered into on { date } by and between SUNY Oswego Theatre Department (hereinafter referred to as “Lessor”) and { name } (hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”), for the production/performance of {insert title/event}.

Our productions, field trips, and festivals are supported entirely by ticket sales and donations. Costs of these events includes sets (lumber, paint, decorations), technical equipment for lighting and sound, costumes, make-up, advertising, as well as transportation, lodging, and festival registration for each participant. Please indicate how much your family can donate to help defray the cost of these events. No one will be excluded or left home because of inability to pay, but anything you can donate is a huge help! If we cannot raise enough money– we will not be able to hold or attend these events. Please put these events on your calendar!
