("BREC"), with an address at 20445 State Highway 249, Suite 160, Houston, Texas 77070, and Axiom TEP, L.L.C., a Louisiana limited liability company, duly authorized to do business in Louisiana, appearing herein by and through its President duly authorized to act by its Board of Directors, whose address is 24900 Pitkin Road, Suite 308, Spring, Texas 77386 ("Axiom").
