This Third Party Claims Administration Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of October 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) between Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“GB”), and Williamson County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (“Client”).
