The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (“TCEQ”), an agency of the State of Texas, and Texas A&M University—Corpus Christi (“Third-Party Administrator”), a part of the Texas A&M University System, which is exempt from federal income taxation as a public university of the State of Texas, enter this Third-Party Supplemental Environmental Project Agreement (from now on “Agreement”). The Agreement is effective on the date signed by an authorized representative of TCEQ.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (“TCEQ”), an agency of the State of Texas, and the Texas State Aquarium Institute for Wildlife Conservation (“Third-Party Administrator”), a non-profit organization under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code § 501(c)(3) (collectively, “the parties”) enter this Third-Party Supplemental Environmental Project Agreement (from now on “Agreement”). The Agreement is effective on the date signed by an authorized representative of TCEQ.
