This United Kingdom and European Union Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) is incorporated into the “Agreement” (being the User Agreement entered into by TicketSocket and the User). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Agreement. The scope of definitions for terms that are defined in this Addendum shall be limited to this Addendum (unless expressly referred to in the body of the Agreement). Unless expressly modified below, the terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
