The term of this AGREEMENT shall be effective as of the date hereof and shall continue thereafter for a term of one (1) year of such date, and automatically from year to year thereafter, subject to the right of either party hereto to cancel the AGREEMENT at any time upon not less than thirty (30) days written notice by certified mail or Email of one party to another.
