This Time and Materials Work Agreement (this “agreement”), dated as of , is made by and between Lincoln County, with its herein referred to as “Customer”, and Transcendent Technologies, Inc, a Wisconsin based corporation with its principal office located at 101 W Edison Ave., Suite 239, Appleton, WI 54915 herein referred to as “Transcendent”. This agreement describes the rates and terms for services to be performed by Transcendent for the Customer and is effective as of the date it has been signed by both parties.
