As mentioned in the Announcement, Regina Bulkship S.A. (“Regina Bulkship”) is a new Panama-incorporated 51% owned subsidiary under Uni-Asia Shipping Limited (“Uni-Asia Shipping”). Uni-Asia Shipping is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
