Effective July 1, 2020, this Title I Standard Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between The School Board of Duval County, Florida, a body politic and corporate (the “District”) and Educational Development Associates, Inc., a Florida corporation, d/b/a ACALETICS (the “Contractor”). The District and Contractor may be referred to in this Agreement singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
