If a student is under the age of 18, we ask that an adult always be present in the home while the tutor and tutee (student being tutored) are holding a tutoring session. Please understand that if you personally request for a tutor to begin a session without an adult present, you are operating in a way that is not under TMB Tutoring practices and therefore, accept full responsibility for any unfavorable outcome. We understand that nothing may ever be broken or damaged, nor anyone ever hurt or harmed but would like for you to understand the responsibility that you accept if anything should ever occur. --- Having a parent present at all times would not apply to any public places where a student may be tutored as there are many people within the same location.
