This Master Event Hosting Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on , 2012 (“Effective Date”) by and between (“Company”) and The Methodist Hospital Research Institute (“Methodist”). The Company and Methodist are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and, at times throughout this Agreement, individually as the “Party.”
