This Token Exchange Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded by and between MCV-CAP Beteiligung AG, a stock company pursuant to Austrian laws, having its registered seat at Ossiacherzeile 39, 9500 Villach, Austria, as the party selling or exchanging MCVs for USD, Euro, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum Classic, Ether, Litecoin or Ripple (the " Developer") and you as participant in the Initial Token Offering purchasing or exchanging USD, Euro, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum Classic, Ether, Litecoin or Ripple for MCVs (the "Participant"). Both parties to this agreement are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party".

This Token Exchange Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded by and between Crypto Future GmbH, a limitedliability company pursuant to Austrian laws, registered with the Commercial Court of Vienna under registration number FN 478323 t, having its registered seat in DC Tower Vienna, Donau-City-Straße 7, DC Tower/30 ex- changing RTHs for Ether (the "Developer") and you as participant in the Initial Token Offering exchanging Ether for RTHs (the "Participant"). Both parties to this agreement are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and indi- vidually as a "Party".
