EMPLOYEES: The agreement applies to all Carriers engaged by Toll Pty Ltd; Toll Ipec Pty Ltd; Toll Transport Pty Ltd and Toll North Pty Ltd, located at Level 8, 380 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004, but shall exclude Carriers engaged in carting brewery products, who fall within the coverage of the Transport Industry - General Carriers Contract Determination.
