Welcome to the TotalTalkTM service (also referred to as the “Service”), the voice over Internet protocol service offered by AOL Enhanced Services LLC (“AOL ES”) with the telecommunications carrier of record being Level 3 Communications, LLC and Level 3 Enhanced Services, LLC. This is an agreement between you and AOL ES (the “Agreement”) that governs your use of the TotalTalk service.
