The parties to this Tower Lease and Use Agreement (Lease) are the State of North Dakota acting through its Information Technology Department (Lessee) and City of Minot (Lessor), collectively referred to as the “parties”. The parties enter into this Lease as of the 1st day of October, 2020 (“Effective Date”).
