THIS TOWER SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of , 2024 (the “Effective Date”), between CROWN CASTLE TOWERS 06-2 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with a place of business at 2000 Corporate Drive, Canonsburg, Washington County, Pennsylvania 15317 (“Licensor”), and CITY OF GREENACRES, a Florida municipal corporation, with an address of 5800 Melaleuca Lane, Greenacres, Florida 33463 (“Licensee”).
