This Leasing Agreement or Tower Space Lease shall evidence the complete terms and conditions under which the parties whose signatures appear below have agreed. Vendor/Lessor/Agent, J&N ELECTRONICS, shall be referred to as "OWNER" and Company/Lessee, CARROLL COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION, shall be referred to as "USER." As consideration for this agreement, OWNER agrees to rent/lease to USER and USER agrees to rent/lease from OWNER space on the radio repeater located at 21 DAVIS LANE in the city of CARROLLTON and the state of KENTUCKY.
