(hereinafter called “McAllister”) that McAllister will furnish Tugs for and attend to all the towage requirements at the Port of San Juan and other agreed locations of Vessels owned, managed or controlled by Owner, and Owner agrees to place all of its towage requirements at the Port of San Juan and other agreed locations with McAllister in accordance with McAllister’s then current “Schedule of Rates, Terms and Conditions” as may be amended from time to time.
