Agreement made this day of , 2021, by and between the VILLAGE OF SKANEATELES, a Municipal Corporation duly incorporated under the Village Law of the State of New York, (hereinafter referred to as the “Village”); and the TOWN OF SKANEATELES, a Municipal Corporation duly organized under the Town Law of the State of New York, acting on behalf of the Town of Skaneateles Consolidated Water District (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Town”) and future Town Water Districts which may be created by the Town during the Term of this Agreement.
